V. 62 - P. 636 <br />FILE: THIRD STREET CENTRAL <br />POINT <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF THE STATE OF OREGON <br />FOR THE COUNTY OF JACKSON <br />IN THE MATTER OF SURRENDERING ) <br />JURISDICTION OF THIRD STREET ) <br />FROM PINE STREET TO MAZAMA ) <br />STREET IN CENTRAL POINT ) <br />881 <br />RESOLUTION <br />WHEREAS, the City of Central Point by'and through its <br />Council did on the 6th day of April, 1965, request the County Court <br />of Jackson County to surrender its jurisdiction over Third Street <br />from Pine Street to Mazama Street to the said City of Central Point, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the County Court deems it necessary and expedi- <br />ent to surrender its jurisdiction over the above mentioned street <br />to the City of Central Point. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED that pursuant <br />to ORE 373.270 a public hearing be held on the 9th day of <br />June , 1965, at the office of the County Court <br />in t:ae Courthouse, at Medford, Oregon, at the hour of 2:00 P.M., <br />for the purpose of considering objections by any person interested,. <br />and <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this Resolution and <br />Notice be published in the Medford Mail Tribune once a week for <br />four consecutive weeks.
