78-16239 <br />. <br />1.-•,...1141. .. c 7 • '� ' N <br />/f <br />r <br />BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE <br />STATE OF OREGON, COUNTY OF JACKSON <br />IN THE MATTER OF SURRENDERING <br />JURISDICTION OF THIRD STREET <br />FROM NORTH TENTH TO MAZAMA <br />AND FOURTH STREET FROM OAK TO <br />GRAND, TO THE CITY OF CENTRAL <br />POINT <br />ORDER <br />This matter having come before the Board of Commissioners <br />of Jackson County at the hour of 9:30 A.M., on July 5, 1978 <br />for hearing and there having been no objections or remonstrances <br />and the Board of Commissioners deems it in the best interest of <br />the public that the County of Jackson, Oregon surrender its <br />jurisdiction of the following described roads to the City of <br />Central Point: <br />1. Third Street from North Tenth to Manama <br />2.
